People have become more aware about the harmful effects of weight gaining. To avoid this they are spending dollars and dollars on different weight loss programs. One of the effective diets to lose weight quickly and in an efficient way is HCG diet meal plan. This diet has however been in the center of controversy ever since it was bought into the picture. But to be honest I don’t find anything fishy about this diet. Let have a look in detail about this diet plan.

HCG is basically name of the chemical hormone which is present in the female body during the period of her being pregnant. However, HCG is also helpful in reducing weight if it is planned in a proper way. You must consume atleast 2 liters of water every day. Avoid eating food that contains fats such as burgers. You can start your day by having tea with milk (low fat milk). Lunch can include salad or fresh fruits whereas your dinner can include meat in proper proportion or if you are a vegetarian than green leafy vegetables would be preferred.
